Over the past 15 years, I designed and facilitated seminars, training and coaching in leadership & management around the world: United States, Middle East, France, Belgium, UK. 

Trained as a professional coach in Canada, and in collective intelligence facilitation methods, I also studied the philosophy and practice of yoga, for 7 years.

My background includes an associate degree in French & Common Law, a BBA and  a master's in intercultural management. I started my career doing European HR at Toyota, before setting up my own consulting, coaching & training business when I was 28.

 

Today, I focus on high touch, 1:1 coaching with driven, passionate executives who are also not interested in pushing anymore. I help them get clear on their purpose and unlock their performance to achieve their most important goals.  

 

I also support their teams through bespoke group coaching & training.
